L’Orangerie de Beauregard

Set in a stunning 100-acre wood in the Val de Loire, L’Orangerie de Beauregard is an ancient manoir currently taking shape as a 5-star campsite and language school. Tim and Jane Rocke bought the property in 2016 as the fulfillment of a long-held dream. They had operated a language school and guest-house in Normandy for several years: but their deepest longing was to create a much larger project – an environment offering excellent camping accommodation and, alongside it, space for language learning by immersion.

tim and Jane both believe that God is at the very centre of this dream. Their business is not a church project as such, but it is very much a kingdom business. They desire nothing more than that those who come to stay at l’Orangerie de Beauregard, whether as holiday guests or as language students, should sense beneath the offer of hospitality that deeper welcome of a loving creator. Already involved in local expressions of the Alpha Course, Tim and jane will create a church at the heart of their property, building christian community on the same foundation of God’s unconditional welcome.
